The latest rumor on the Palm Pre Release date points to June 7th. This would put the launch of the Palm Pre just one day ahead of the Apple WWDC 2009, which is expected to be the event where Apple announces the new iPhone 2009.
BoyGeniusReport published a rumor that confirms the June 7th Palm Pre launch. Best Buy is supposed to have 4,500 Palm Pre phones in stock for a trial launch.
BGR also spreads some pricing rumors for the Palm Pre saying that new customers can get the Palm Pre for $199.99 with a 2 year contract. An unlocked Palm Pre would be selling for $999.99.
