Asus still makes notebooks, not just netbooks. Asus unveiled the detailed specifications of the new notebooks in the stylish Asus U Series. Asus has almost poetic words for the design of the Asus U notebooks: "Its side profile resembles the wings of a butterfly in flight,...".
The line-up of the new Asus U Series include the U20A, U80V, U50G, U81A and U51Vg.
Feature highlights to be found in the new U series include Intel ULV processors and Core 2 Duo CPUs, 16:9 LED-backlit display, NVIDIA GeForce G 105M GPUs, SRS Premium Sound and the U/UX series also incorporates Express Gate (Asus technology to get into the net in 8s).
