The Eye-Fi line of SD cards has made it very easy for fans of digital photos and videos to quickly and easily upload their content to computers and websites. The Eye-Fi cards allow you to shoot video just as you would any other time and then the technology and software inside the SD cards uploads footage for you automatically.
Eye-Fi has announced that its memory cards can now upload video to more places including Picasa Web Albums, Photobucket, and SmugMug. The three new sites are in addition to YouTube and Flickr. The PC doesn't need to be on to upload the videos according to Eye-Fi.
The 4GB Eye-Fi Share Video and Eye-Fi Explore Video can now upload video and images to more than 25 online photo and video sharing sites. The Explore card also geotags images and videos with location information and access to 10,000 Wayport and open hotspot locations is included.
