AppleInsider just posted up some very interesting rumors from a Chinese Apple fan site. A commenter (with a story that at least sounds fairly reasonable) claiming to be a tester has given us what might be our most detailed inside look at the mystery-shrouded new iPhone 2009.

Here's a summary of what he claims the new iPhone 2009 has;

1. Same Screen as iPhone 3G.

2. 16 and 32 GB versions will be released.

3. iPhone 3.0 firmware (d'uh)

4. 3.2 megapixel camera.

5. RAM doubled to 256 MB.

6. 600 MHz Samsung ARM processor.

7. FM on the iPhone.

Again, we're not certain whether or not these rumors are valid. The commenter gave several model numbers which can't be checked until Apple reveals what the model number for the iPhone 2009 is going to be. If we learn anything further about the veracity of these rumors, we'll make sure to keep you updated.
