In April we reported that well known Japanese notebook exporter Dynamism had the new Viliv S5 MID on sale. Dynamism tells us that they have sold 200 Viliv S5 within 2 hours. The viliv S5 is one of the first Mobile Internet Devices powered by an Intel Atom CPU running Windows XP. The small device features a 4.8 inch WSVGA touchscreen, 60GB HDD, 1GB RAM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.
The viliv S5 measures 6.0 x 3.3 x 0.96 inches ( 154(W) x 84(H) x 24.4(T) mm) and weighs 0.92 lbs (420g) with battery.
