I talked a bit about the Samsung UltraTouch full slider phone back in February. At the time, the phone was announced we knew nothing about pricing and availability for the device. Samsung has now launched the full-slider handset in Malaysia at a price of RM1,899 or roughly $530 here in the States.
In case you aren't familiar with the device the handset is the flagship of Samsung's Ultra range of phones and features a 2.8-inch AMOLED screen with scratch resistant design. The handset is only 12.7mm thick and a 3x4 keypad slides out from the phone body.
Video recording at 30 fps in VGA resolution is featured and the phone operates on HSDPA 7.2Mbps networks, UMTS dual band and EDGE/GPRS networks. The integrated camera has 8MP with dual LED flash, face detection, Smile Shot, and more. An FM receiver is built-in along with a microSDHC card slot and Bluetooth.
