MSI Unveils GX723 Notebook

MSI has unveiled a new notebook called the GX723. The machine sports MSI's ECO Engine for power savings with five different modes for different tasks the computer will be used for. The machine features a 17-inch screen for gaming and movie watching. Graphics for the beast are via NVIDIA's GT 130M GPU with 512MB of RAM.
The CPU is Intel Core 2 Duo coupled with the Intel PM45-ICH9M chipset. The screen resolution is 1680 x 1050. The machine can be optioned with up to 4GB of RAM and Bluetooth. Wi-Fi is built-in along with five speakers, and Gigabit LAN.
Storage options include 320GB HDD or 500GB HDD and Blu-ray is optional. The machine has a 6-cell battery with a 9-cell option and weighs 3.2kg. Overall dimensions are 395 x 278 x 26.5-35mm. Pricing and availability are unknown at this time.
