ReplayTV Maker Sonicblue to File for Bankruptcy

Breaking News: ReplayTV maker SonicBlue to File for Bankruptcy.
The SonicBlue Stock fell 70%! today.
It is planned that the ReplayTV unit will be bought by D&M Holdings of Japan for $40 million, plus the assumption of about $5 million in liabilities.
D&M is the parent company of established audio equipment makers Denon Ltd. and Marantz Japan Inc.
The question on all ReplayTV users mind is: will the service continue ?
Second Question: will I still get the rebate they offered over christmas ?
When its working the ReplayTV 5040 is a great device. The comercial advance works especially great for instance with American Idol.
