Numark and Genius products have announced a new DJ controller designed specifically for music games called Scratch Deck for the Xbox 360 and the PS3. The Deck will be shown at E3 for gamers to get their hands on.

The Scratch Deck combines two elements of the DJ and hip-hop experience -- a free-spinning, touch sensitive turntable with a cross fader and five Akai Pro MPC-style drum pads. The turntable lets players manipulate songs in real-time using the pads that are used in the real world.

The controller also has standard game controls found in other rhythm games and the turntable surface is realistic feeling. The controller can be used by left and right-handed players. The Scratch Deck will be available this fall at undisclosed pricing.
