Well Apple fans, it looks like the iPhone 3G is in its last days. Best Buy has warned Apple that they are running out of stock. Some of their stores will soon be out of the current-model iPhones entirely. So when can we expect the next generation of iPhones to hit?

The industry scuttlebutt says less than a month. We'll see the iPhone 2009 announced next Monday at the Apple WWDC, and we can expect to see the new smartphones released three to four weeks later. There is no concrete release date yet, but we should expect to see the iPhone 2009 out near the end of June.

This new info should serve to highlight just how close the iPhone 2009 is to full production.Several Taiwanese chip manufacturers have already started shipping over parts for the new iPhone, and MacRumors.com thinks that the ARM Cortex processor (which is the processor behind the Pre) will also make an appearance in the new iPhone 2009.
