If you like the all-in-one PCs that have been hitting the market in droves this year, Shuttle has one with a new wrinkle you might like. The X50 all-in-one barebone PC is now available. The kit includes the touch-screen all-in-one chassis and allows the user to choose storage and OS.
The barebone kit runs an Intel Atom 330 dual-core CPU, and has a 15.6-inch touchscreen, a 1.3-megapixel webcam, memory card reader, WLAN, and a 65-watt PSU.
The user adds up to 2GB of RAM and the storage drive along with an OS for the machine to run. A detailed instruction guide is included for installing the missing components. Shuttle's X50 barebone kit will launch in June 2009 for EUR 361.
