For a long time Dell had a reputation for having less than stellar customer satisfaction. Dell has worked to improve its customer satisfaction in most categories and at least in the enterprise environment, the work is paying off.

Dell has announced that it was ranked number 1 in enterprise customer satisfaction by Technology Business research in IT Service and Support, x86 servers, corporate notebooks, and desktops. The number one ranking came in Q3 and Q4 2008.
