Canon Launches New Pixma and Selphy Printers

Canon has announced a couple new printers for users looking to print photos and more. The new Pixma MP560 Wireless Photo AIO printer is the most compact Canon inkjet printer to feature wireless and auto-duplex printing. The printer is also the first from canon to allow printing of images directly from USB flash drives.
The MP560 can print a borderless 4x6 in 39 seconds and uses five individual ChromaLife 100 ink tanks. Other features include a 2-inch LCD and the printer will retail for $149.99. Canon also unveiled a Pixma MP490 AIO that uses four ink cartridges and offers a 1.8-inch screen for $99.99.
The Canon Selphy CP780 is a compact photo printer that has a stylish green color and a storage basket. The printer has a 3-inch LCD and built-in creative options to allow photo retouching on the printer. The CP790 is 10% faster than the previous model it replaces and retails for $179.99 and an optional battery pack for mobile use sells for $79.99.
