On the eve of the Sony PSP launch in Japan (Launch 12.12.04), Game Store Lik-Sang publishes photos of an opened up Sony PSP.
Lik-Sang also makes some comments about the final price the exported Sony PSP might sell. They currently estimate US$ 450 to US$ 600 for a Sony PSP Value Pack. Lik-Sang talks about a huge shortage that drives the price. This is about at least 3 times the MSRP set by Sony. Play-Asia published a $269 price-point a couple of weeks ago on their site for exporting Sony PSP Value Packs. Well I guess the totally underestimated the shortage.
More details and tons of Sony PSP from the inside photos at Lik-Sang. First seen on Slashdot.
If you are one of the lucky ones that get a Sony PSP (we still try ourselves) please email us your impressions.
