Newton Peripherals has announced the Mogo Talk ultra-thin Bluetooth headset for notebooks. The device is available today and stores and charges inside a laptops express card slot. The device is designed to be very comfortable with a special thin rubber ear tip.
The rubber tip conforms to the ear so the wearer doesn't need an ear loop to keep the Mogo Talk in place. The ear tip also blocks out significant amounts of external sounds. The headset was designed with OEM computer makers in mind to support VOIP calls.
The device weighs 9 grams, measures 24mm x 50mm x 5 mm, and is 5mm thick. Users can talk with the Mogo for up to 4 hours and standby time is over a week. The wireless range for the headset is 10 meters and it features echo suppression and active noise compensation. Mogo Talk is available today for $99.99.
