Gateway has announced its latest netbook called the LT2000. The machine has a 10.1-inch screen that has LED backlighting. The netbook uses the class standard Intel Atom N270 CPU and runs Windows XP home.
Other features of the LT2000 include 1GB of RAM, 160GB of storage, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, 3-cell lithium ion battery, and graphics via Intel GMA950. Gateway promises that the 3-cell battery is good for up to three hours.
The machine is available in black or red colors and I will say it is one of the better looking netbooks on the market. The LT2000 is available now for $299.99.
