Sometimes, I think programmers like burying little bitty changes in their patches just to get hordes of users to spend time ferreting them out. Since the release of the webOS 1.1 update, Pre owners have noticed some additional changes that weren't listed on the patch notes. This prompted a group of fans on PreCentral.net to get together on the forums and creat this.

Most of the changes are fairly minor, like the new notification sound. However Palm did improve the photo app greatly, as well as introduce a new font to the browser. There have also been several reports that the Pre runs faster now, after this update. That's entirely possible, but the perceived speed boost could also be explained away as wishful thinking.
