By now you've probably heard of the Morrison, Motorola's budget Android smartphone choice expected to hit T-Mobile later this year. Now we're learning that Motorola's Android plans go further than just one smartphone. Information about the Motorola Sholes has just hit the Internet, and now we've got pictures and specs of this hot little Android beauty.
The Sholes is rumored to pack a 3.7” touchscreen, EVDO Rev A support, 256 MB of RAM, 512 MB of storage, and microSD support for up to 16 GB. It's also got a 5 MP auto-focus camera, Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi, and USB.
Verizon is the likely carrier for this new smartphone, and Gizmodo expects the release date to be sometime in October. Price hasn't been announced yet, but more information should be leaking out presently. In terms of style, the Sholes looks like a blockier, less rounded G1 with a little touchpad next to the sliding QWERTY keyboard.
