I think one of the best innovations that Logitech has ever offered on its wireless mice and keyboards is the tiny Nano receiver that plugs into the USB port of your computer. Before the Nano receivers, it was a huge pain to fight the long flash drive looking USB receivers when plugged into a notebook.
Logitech has now gone a step further with the tiny Nano receiver and announced the Unifying Receiver. The device uses the tiny Nano receiver form factor sticking out only 8mm from the USB port. That means you can plug the thing into a notebook or the front ports of a desktop computer and not worry that it will be hit or break off.
The single receiver can be paired with a number of Unifying capable mice and keyboards. That means that when you are in the office the receiver can connect your full-size wireless mouse and keyboard. Then when you hit the road, the same receiver can work with your small portable mouse as well. The receiver can work with up to six different Logitech devices at once.
