Now that Sony is offering a solid lineup of eBook Readers, other companies are considering entering this evolving segment.
Digitimes reports that Asus's President Jerry Shen says that Asus plans an eBook reader under the Eee brand. The Eee eBook device could already be released at the end of this year.
In the same report Digitimes says that MSI is also thinking about expanding their portfolio with an eBook reader.

Soon the Kindle will not be the only solid option for reading ebooks. Amazon will eventually open up their eBook store to other eBook readers.

I will stick to paper books until I can fold an eBook reader and put it into my pants pocket.
