Swedish Handheld Group unveiled a new Windows PDA with an ultra-rugged design.
The Handheld Nautiz X7 PDA has IP67 protection and withstands full MIL-STD 810F tests.
Other features of the Nautiz X7 PDA include 806 MHz processor, Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.1 OS, 3G connectivity option, 3MP camera with autofocus and flash, WLAN, Bluetooth, GPS, digital compass, altimeter and G-sensor.
The Nautiz X7 comes standard with 128 MB RAM and 4 GB built-in Flash storage and a long life 5400 mAh Li-ion battery, which provides more than all day performance. The TMR technology (transmissive micro reflective) screen with full VGA and touch display provides excellent sharp and clear resolution, even when working outdoors.
This PDA is for professionals operating in harsh conditions. Of course it could be fun to toss your PDA across the office or take it for a swim. More details on the Handheld Group site.
