TomTom has unveiled a new range of GPS solutions called the XXL 530S and XXL 540S that each feature massive 5-inch widescreen displays. The GPS units feature TomTom technology like IQ Routes and more.

Both devices include full maps of the US and Canada as well as TomTom Map Share that lets users modify street names, directions, POIs, and other changes and lets users take advantage of the changes made by other users as well. The devices also include desktop software to keep them up to date.

The XXL 540S has a few features unique to the device including advanced lane guidance, preloaded Mexico maps, and 7 million POIs. Both devices will be in stores in October for $279.95 for the 530S and $299.95 for the 540S.
