Adobe has rolled out the latest versions of its consumer level photo and video editing applications. The new versions include Photoshop Elements 8 and Premiere Elements 8. The applications are available in both individually and in a boxed set.

The new software includes an advanced organizer to allow the management of all content from one location. Photoshop Elements 8 (PSE8) has new features like Photomerge Exposure to create a perfectly lit photos showing details by combining multiple shots of the same scene. Quick Fix previews a series of images that are automatically adjusted to allow the user to select their favorite.

Adobe Premiere Elements 8 has several automatic options that make it fast and easy to transform video clips into professional quality movies. The app has smart options as well that fix shaky footage along with color and lighting problems.
