The Sony PSP Go reviews are hitting the web today. Nine days ago the first PSP Go Unboxing Videos were published. Now you can get into the details to find out if the UMD-less and smaller PSP Go is for you. The Sony PSP Go starts shipping on October 1st and is available for pre-order on Amazon.com for $249.99.
Engadget likes the hardware at face value, but has some gripes with the higher cost of the PSP Go.
I have the same issues with the PSP Go. Sure there is a 16GB storage inside, but the price difference especially compared to a PSP-3000 Core is just too high in my opinion. Other issues raised by PSPgo reviews include only 802.11b support, only Windows PC connection support and no way to reuse movies and games already purchased on UMD.
