HP unveiled the new stylish Envy 13 and Envy 15 notebook line two weeks ago. The new Envy notebooks will be shipping on October 18th just in time for the Windows 7 launch.
Awesome design is now getting more widespread amongst notebook makers. Dell just launched the Latitude Z and already impressed with the Dell Adamo earlier. The days are long gone that only Apple MacBooks are good looking. The only downside is that you have to pay a premium to own a stylish notebook.
Engadget already got their hands on an HP Envy 13 and published a series of unboxing photos and some first impressions. Gizmodo already published a more indepth review of the Envy 13. Do you feel the gadget envy?
About the Envy 13:
The HP Radiance display found in the HP Envy 13 is twice as bright as other notebook displays in its class – 410 nit (a measurement of display brightness) – and provides an exceptional movie and photo experience, even in high ambient light conditions. With 82% color gamut (versus standard 45-60%), photos appear richer with amazing color depth. Additionally, with fast 8-millisecond response time, you can view movies with TV-like performance.
Other features of the Envy 13 include ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330 discrete graphics and the Intel integrated graphics processor, Intel Core 2 Duo processor, VGA Webcam, and the usual custom choices for RAM and HDD.
