MSI U210 12.1-inch Netbook Review

Posted on Thu, 1 Oct 2009 09:29:49 CDT | by Shane McGlaunToday I am looking at the 12.1-inch MSI U210 netbook. The large screen netbook runs an AMD Neo processor rather than the typical Intel Atom part.
The machine also runs Windows Vista Home Premium rather than Windows XP. The U210 has very good performance of the netbook class, but gives up battery life to the less powerful machines.
Review excerpt: "Today I am testing out the new MSI U210 netbook. This machine is considered a netbook by MSI, but it has a larger screen and doesn't run the typical netbook class Intel Atom processor. Another diversion from the standard netbook fare is the OS that the machine uses. In reality, the MSI U210 isn’t so much a netbook as it is a low-end ultra portable. If you can live with the power of a netbook, but you want a larger screen and keyboard the U210 may be perfect for you." Read the full MSI U210 netbook review here.
