Several news sites (e.g.: Gizmodo, The Register) reported yesterday about Amazon UK publishing the 18th of March as the ship date for the Sony PSP in the UK. Today Amazon UK already deleted the Sony PSP product page.
The price Amazon UK published for the Sony PSP was also very high with £179 (~$340). For that money you nearly can import the Sony PSP today from Japan.
