The HTC Leo is severely testing my commitment to Android. I love that little green robot quite a lot, but there's something about a 4.3" touchscreen, 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, and 5 megapixel camera that just makes me weak in the knees. Anyway, we now have solid information that the Leo is being renamed the HTC Touch HD2 when it comes to T-Mobile Europe in the near future. CoolSmartphone.com (via BGR) has managed to nab some documents that show the HD2 as a new T-Mo handset.

We still have no information on when the HD2 will hit the US. I don't expect it will take very long though. When it's released, the HD2 will be the (or tied for the) most powerful smartphone on the market. I've got a feeling it is going to turn into the 'flagship phone' for WinMo 6.5. I expect this bad boy to launch some time before the holidays. Perhaps as early as late October.
