Sony Xperia X3 Spotted

Android nerds everywhere have been on the lookout for the Sony Rachel Xperia X3, aka the "Rachel", for months now. The X3 was expected to be one of the first Android smartphones released to pack the extra-speedy 1 GHz Snapdragon processor. Though it now looks like the X3 will be beaten to the punch by the Acer A1 Liquid, the new Xperia still has a lot to be psyched about.
For one thing, it's just been spotted again. GSMArena has captured a picture of the phone itself in use. They say it could be out as early as November, although a Q1 2010 release is more likely. The Rachel is still expected to pack an 8 MP camera, as well as a 4", 852x480 touchscreen.
No other details about the X3's hardware, pricing, or carrier availability have been released yet. We do know it will have GPS, WiFi, and 10 Mbps 3G. I know this is the smartphone I've got my eyes on. Anyone else think this thing looks hot?
