Dell has teased us with the ultra-thin Dell Adamo XPS over the past few months and now Dell has finally unwrapped the world's thinnest Laptop at 0.4-inch.
The Dell Adamo XPS could be under your Christmas tree if you are lucky as Dell plans to ship it in time for the Holidays.
The pencil-thin Dell Adamo XPS weighs just over 3 pounds (depends on configuration) and measures 13.39 x 10.71 inches.
Dell expects to begin taking orders and shipping the Adamo XPS with Microsoft Windows 7 pre-installed in time for the holidays. The Adamo XPS is priced starting at $1,799.

The highlight of the Dell Adamo XPS is a very cool hinge design that not only enables the thinness, but also places the keyboard at an ergonomic angle.

Specifications of the Dell Adamo XPS include 13.4-inch LED HD display, 1.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo ULV processor, 4GB DDR3 RAM, Capacitive latching device, Location awareness (GPS?), Wifi 802.11a/g/n, 2x USB 2.0, Bluetooth, and up to 5 hours battery life.

The Dell Adamo XPS is the hottest Windows 7 notebook I have seen so far. Even Apple cannot match The Adamo XPS with their aging MacBook Air.
