Now Walmart has challenged Amazon to a new $10 online price war. This time Walmart offers 10 hot upcoming DVD movie releases including Star Trek, Night at The Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian, and Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince for under $10.

Walmart also offers free shipping on these bargain DVD offers.

Amazon has already reacted to the Walmart DVD sales challenge and offers the 10 DVD movie pre-order deals at $10 sharp. Walmart is under cutting Amazon right now by 2c.

No matter if you prefer to buy on Walmart or on Amazon these DVD movies are unlikely to get much better as we move towards the hot Thanksgiving sales time period. These are deals on new upcoming releases. This means you pay a very low price for a brand new release DVD movie you usually only get on older releases.
You have to love Walmart for doing these hot price war challenges. These deals are only available online and are clearly aimed to compete with Amazon.com. So do not expect to find these deals in the mall.
