Sears announced a creative award program today that ties in with the $10 Holiday DVD movie release deals that Walmart and Amazon are offering. Sears.com is rewarding customers who purchase a qualifying DVD on Sears.com, Target.com, Amazon.com or Walmart.com with a credit of up to $10.
So if you are planning to buy something on Sears.com you can get a $10 savings when you have purchased a new DVD release. This deal does not save a bundle, but it is creative especially because Sears accepts receipts from competing stores.
Apparently Sears already offered the same deal for books in October. You can use the $10 credit on purchases of $45 and above on Sears.com.
The qualifying DVDs include Star Trek, the new Harry Potter and Terminator Salvation. These are the movies that Walmart and Amazon have on sale for $10 and below right now.
More details on Sears. Sears also has Black Friday Now promotions every weekend during the holidays.
