The Sharper Image sells the ultra small digital cameras by japanese manufacturer Che-ez in the USA.
I4U reported about the Che-ez Snap Spy Camera back in November 2001. Last November Che-ez announced the smallest Digital Camera with built-in LCD Screen called the Moni-Me.

The Che-ez Snap
Provides 320 x 240 resolution at 6 fps for video — and high (640 x 480 pixels) or low (320 x 240 pixels) resolution for still images.
8 MB/SD RAM on-board memory, webcam capabilities, 10-second self-timer mode, and rechargeable battery.
