Thanko sells in Japan the iCombi wireless stereo headset dongle from Airlogic.

The iCombi dongle AP11 provides via Bluetooth full stereo audio quality on their AH10 Bluetooth headset. The iPod wireless headset solution sells for 15,800 yen (~$145) at Thanko (Japanese). Via Akihabaranews (French).
I contacted Airlogic and they said the iCombi will be in US retails stores in June.

There is also Bluetake's iPhono that also provides stereo quality wireless headset (review) its dongle is huge though.
