Roku and Tatung Internet Radio MP3 Players with HDD Coming

Taiwanese electronics manufacturer Tatung is partnering with Roku (maker of the SoundBridge) to develop and manufacture wireless Internet-radio MP3 players, which are equipped with hard-disk drives and are able to receive online radio and download paid music.

So looks like Roku's next product will be able to play music even when no PC is connected from a built-in hard-drive. I hope they will also handle video files, else I do not see much future in this product. See for instance the Mvisto DivX Pocket Media Player I reviewed a while ago.
