PSP-DEV and Killer-X evolved their custom code loader for the Sony PSP.
The new version does not require two Memory Sticks anymore. The swap happens now on a single memory stick with two folders. Those guys are fast. I am still waiting for Sony to finally release a new Firmware with a real browser (List of missing PSP features). Maybe Sony should hire the PSP-Dev guys to speed up the development cycles.
More details on the PSP-Dev site. PSPHacker has links to Swaploit tutorial and FAQs.
