The Artec T2 Happy Go (the need a product naming person) is a portable DVD player additionally packed with Digital TV-Tuner (DVB-T), Analog TV, FM radio tuner and gaming.

Artec T2 Happy Go portable DVD player weighs 870g and measures 190.6mm(W)*199.5mm(H)*26.5mm(D). The device features a 7 inch TFT-LCD with a 480*234px resolution.
As an additional goody, the Artec T2 Happy Go can be use as a DVB-T setop box for TVs. Looks like the Tuners are inside the stand.
No word on pricing or availability. Artec looks like one of those OEM manfucatoring companies.
