New Motorola Linux Phones: A910, A728 and A732

Motorola had a big announcement week so far. First the Motorola Q and their disappointing (because no iTunes phone) MOTONOW. Now there are also three new Linux based mobile phones from Motorola.

The Motorola A910 Motorola A910 has WiFi connectivity, UMA technology allowing seamless access to GSM and GPRS features over WLAN, Bluetooth, 1.3MP camera and miniSD card slot.

The Motorola A728 Linux-based handset features intelligent handwriting, PIM and email capability, SyncML support, speech recognition dialing, hands-free connections, Power Word dictionary and Yahoo! Messenger.

The Motorola A732 comes with finger-writing recognition. This intelligent device also utilizes a predictive text engine to learn each user’s writing style and supports basic gesture commands for editing and switching between languages.
