Toshiba announces a new hard-drive mp3 player in their Gigabeat line dubbed X30.

The Toshiba Gigabeat X30 features a larger screen with a 2.4 inch QVGA display. Toshiba was still able to reduce the size of the X30 (59.3 mm× height 14.5 mm× depth 99.3mm) compared to the Gigabeat F-Series players.
Toshiba is supporting Windows Media DRM 10 in this new Gigabeat. The company apparently also made some improvements to the photo viewer software. The X30 has a 30GB hard-drive and comes in three colors.
The Toshiba Gigabeat X30 will start shipping on September 22nd in Japan. Not sure if Toshiba will bring the X30 to the United States. I wonder how the F-Series is selling so far.
