Epson offers a new Photo Fine Player model with a large 80GB hard-drive - Epson P-4000.

The Epson P-2000 was released one year ago and sported a 40GB hard-drive. The new P-4000 features more storage, but that is all the difference I can see so far. It still measures 147x31.4x84mm and weighs approximately 415 grams.
The Epson PMP views photos, but also plays MP4 video and MP3 music. Epson is focusing though on photo viewing with this portable media player. Other portable video player, more focused on Video playback are more advanced and more compact (see the upcoming Archos AV500). The Epson P-4000 is going on sale in Japan in October for about $630.
