iRiver in Korea offers the iRiver N11 with a Swarovski crystal integrated in the mp3 player.

The iRiver N11 showed up first in August. It improves on the iRiver N10 with an FM tuner and OGG support.
The special edition iRiver N11 with a Swaroski crystal comes in either black or red.
The standard iRiver N11 is not even avaiable outside of Asia. The iRiver N11 with crystal would be of course a great gift for women. Maybe iRiver does not know that the Holiday season is starting in the USA and Europe. More details on the iRiver Korea site.

Although I could not find pricing on the iRiver N11 with the Swarovski Crystal, I am pretty sure it is less expensive than this gold and diamond mp3 player.
