As reported yesterday Sprint Nextel launched a over-the-air music download service.

Laptop Magazine already had access to the sprint music store and published a review.

Quote:
"Sprint has gained the upper hand in the wireless music war by being the first U.S. carrier to deliver full song downloads over the air to cell phones. But is it worth $2.50 a track?

The song downloaded to your phone uses the AAC+ format and each track is approximately 1MB or less in size. "
