Last weekend I wrote a story with the title: "Do You Still Want a Xbox 360?" I was somehow curious what feedback this
'controversial' headline generates.
I got more responses than usual from mostly people who are totally going to buy a Xbox 360 on Launch day or already have ordered
one. Only one said he sticks to PC gaming.
The reasons why I4U readers will get an Xbox 360 are: the currently offered Xbox
360 bundles are a great deal, the Xbox 360 is better than the PS3 will be,
winning it from the Mountain Dew every
10 min. Xbox 360 give-away and Xbox Live for Xbox 360 will be amazing.
Some will
camp out at their local Best Buy to get an Xbox 360 that way.
Microsoft
announced yesterday that they plan to sell 3 million Xbox 360 in the first
90 days.
Maybe this number is too low. Several online stores stopped taking pre-orders
for the Xbox 360. As we reported
expensive Xbox 360 bundles are still available for pre-order. The best deal
seems to be still the newly listed $999.95 Xbox 360 bundles on
Amazon.com.
Several Xbox 360 games and accessories are going to ship before the 22nd of November (official Xbox 360 launch day in the United States).
The Xbox 360 Game Kameo is already shipping. Madden NFL 2006, Call of Duty 2 and Xbox 360 NBA Live 2006 ship November 15th for instance.
