Associated Press published an report detailing sales and bid statistics about the Xbox 360 on eBay.
Yesterday, from midnight until noon about 1,800 Xbox 360 consoles have been sold on eBay. The average price paid for them was $660. (I assume the number counts both Core and Premium systems).
As reported yesterday, Xbox 360 Premium systems are selling for $1,000 and up
on eBay. The retail price for the Xbox 360 premium is $399. So Xbox 360 buyers on
eBay have to pay about a 200% markup on a premium system.
