The Macworld Expo 2006 is still over a month away, but the rumors on what Apple will introduce at the show in San Francisco is already getting very concrete.
Apple news site Think Secret reported about a DVR enabled
Apple Mac mini. Apparently, the new Mac mini project is code-named Kaleidoscope and will feature an Intel processor and include both Front Row 2.0 and TiVo-like DVR functionality.
The second rumor is around a new content distribution system featuring a new digital rights management system. The system actually is supposed to cache purchased media online and never be stored on users hard-drive - not sure if that will fly with users. More details on Think Secret (Thanks Larry R.).
The Macworld Expo 2006 (site) is right after the CES 2006 starting on the 9th of January.
