Patent infringement lawsuits in the technology business are very common. Too common for my taste.
Today I got two press-releases in my inbox announcing patent infringement lawsuits. First there is Visto filed a legal action against Microsoft. Visto has 300 employees and is a global provider of communications platforms. The suit is going mostly against Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0.
More details in this press-release. Visto's CEO is holding a press-conference at 2pm EST today, if you are interested. DLO suing Belkin is of course a smaller story, but still interesting to gadget fans as it is about iPod accessories. Specifically it is about the Belkin TuneBase FM. DLO already sued Griffin for their Roadtrip a while ago.
