We reported early December that Apple might introduce a Mac mini with DVR capabilities.
New rumors say that those Mac mini computers might feature the Intel Viiv entertainment platform. Intel introduced Viiv in August.
A Viiv based Apple computer could offer more than just DVR functionality. Pay-Per-View, Video on demand and other services.
Wired Magazine has a good article summarizing the different aspects about the possibility of a Viiv based Apple Mac mini.
The Macword Expo starts after the CES on January 9th. Steve Jobs, Apple's CEO will hold his keynote on January 10th.
