The age of Intel inside jokes is over. Intel reveals a new logo and a new tag line: Leap ahead.

Intel actually changes the look of the Intel logo, which they have used for 37 years.
Intel will push the new logo and tag line heavily at the CES 2006, buy introducing a ton of consumer electronic gadgets. Intel tried to make consumer electronics before and it was not successful with it (see the Intel MP3 Player).
