CES 2006: Will Google Give The Hottest Keynote?

All keynote presentations at the CES 2006 have been rather disappointing.
Tom Hanks was at the Sony keynote and at the Intel keynote. Did they share his fee? Anyway the announcements
lacked a certain WOW! Sony did say nothing about the PS3. The Microsoft keynote was murky (It was not a great Vista) and mostly about how cool tablet
PCs are - still.
Not that exciting at first, but the big news are all those content deals around video and TV. Everybody seems to be partnering with DirecTV. The result should be that we can download high quality video content legally. Will see.
Today at 4pm PST, Google is giving its keynote. It is supposedly also about some kind of video download service and about a Software package dubbed Google Pack. CBS is supposedly one of Google's content partners. See this article on the Washington post.
As we do not have 30 people at the CES like Engadget, so I
recommend to visit Engadget for the live coverage of the Google keynote. They do a great job on those live keynote reports.
