Hong Kong based Gadget Store FancyLogic sent us the most weird Japanese Toy I got my hands on so far - it is called HARO.

HARO is a character of the Anime series Gundam SEED Destiny. They are some kind of mechanical pets. There are different HARO pets in the series. So far so good. Anime merchandise maker BanPresto thought it is fun to make a plastic sphere that eats two AA batteries that is supposed to be voice activated. From my experience it reacts to any sound and starts rolling around the floor and makes weird noises. It is somewhat fun the first time. Watch this short video to see HARO in action.
The long-time fun factor of this Japanese Toy is highly questionable.
You are also out of luck, if you want to buy a HARO on Fancylogic, they already sold out of it. But on Amazon.com is a Haro Desktop Clock available - Yippy!
